He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering from Osmania University and later earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Economics. However, his deep-seated desire to serve the underprivileged led him to the IAS in 2001, where he has since become one of the most decorated and respected officers in Madhya Pradesh.

- Ladli Laxmi Yojana: He is the primary architect of the “Ladli Laxmi Yojana,” a revolutionary scheme aimed at empowering the girl child. - Barrier-Free Gwalior: During his tenure as the District Collector of Gwalior, he made the district 95% barrier-free, ensuring that persons with disabilities, senior citizens, and women could easily access public spaces.
